บริษัท รุ่งเรือง แอ็ดมินนิสเตรชั่น แอนด์ แมนเนจเม้น จำกัด
ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2548 โดยมีทุนจดทะเบียน 20 ล้านบาท มีนายมนตรี ประเสริฐรุ่งเรือง เป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการและกรรมการมีอำนาจลงนาม โดยเริ่มประกอบธุรกิจด้านเครื่องจักรผลิตคอนกรีตผสมเสร็จ ได้รับการสนับสนุนและรับรองทางด้านนวัตกรรมโดยสำนักนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติให้สามารถใช้เครื่องหมายนวัตกรรมได้ จากนั้นพัฒนามาสู่การให้บริการคอนกรีตผสมเสร็จและรับจ้างผลิตคอนกรีตในฐานะผู้ชำนาญการด้านคอนกรีต
ต่อมาได้รับการโอกาสให้เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายของบริษัท ซีเมนต์ไทย จำกัด(มหาขน) ด้วยวิสัยทัศน์ด้านการเป็นที่ปรึกษาโดยเฉพาะในด้านวัสดุศาสตร์จากฐานนวัตกรรม โดยบริษัทมีสิทธิบัตรที่อยู่ในระหว่างประกาศและได้รับการประกาศรับรองแล้วกว่า 20 รายการ
ด้วยฐานความชำนาญด้านคอนกรีตประกอบกับได้รับการสนับสนุนที่ดีจากคณะผู้ชำนาญการด้านคอนกรีตพรุน จึงได้รับโอกาสให้เข้าร่วมพัฒนานวัตกรรมด้านคอนกรีตพรุนจนสามารถจดสิทธิบัตรร่วมระหว่างคณะชาวไทยและชาวญีปุ่นจนกลายมาเป็นนวัตกรรมคอนกรีตที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม ทำให้ชาวไทยได้มีโอกาสยกระดับมาตรฐานทางวัสดุศาสตร์เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีสอดรับไปกับธรรมชาติและรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม

More than 30 years ago, Mr. Soemsak Prasertrungruang established a small factory producing a variety of products mainly construction material supplier as concrete ready mixed, concrete pre-casting, concrete pre-stress and many kind of construction materials. He diversify his business to construction contractor, property developer and modification machine as he invent pre-stress concrete machine for make bunker at military site to protect many soldiers in war.
Initially, Rungruang Administration & Management co. ltd. established for be administrator for our patents and licenses management to selling our product but when Mr. Soemsak ’s son, Mr. Montree Prasertrungruang, looked at big opportunity for expand business and he find his company’s way by use all STRENGTH point from these patents and licenses. He decide to chance and diversify company to be “one stop service for all construction need”. He diversify all product that be in the same way and synergy together. So he decide to join with strong partner and looking for product like jigsaw puzzle.
